At Sportsbotte, our ODM service is a testament to our commitment to innovation and quality. We collaborate closely with our clients to transform their ideas into tangible products. This process encompasses a comprehensive journey from initial concept, through design and prototyping, to the final manufacturing stage.

1. Material Reception and drawings for processing
- Incoming Materials: The process begins with the acceptance of raw materials, which typically include ceramics, glass, plastic, or metal, depending on the type of cup being produced.
- Quality Check: A thorough inspection is conducted to ensure the materials meet the required standards and specifications for cup production.
- Processing Drawings: Once the materials are approved, the next step involves processing the design drawings. These are critical in defining the cup’s dimensions, shape, and any additional features like handles or inscriptions.
2. R&D Mold Opening
- Mold Preparation: Molds are prepared based on the design specifications. This step is crucial for achieving the desired shape and size of the cup.
- Shaping: The raw materials are then shaped into cups using techniques like casting, pressing, or injection molding, depending on the material.

3. Color Modulation
- Understanding the client’s requirements for color, which may include specific shades, tones, or patterns.
- Based on these specifications, a palette is developed, often involving a mix of base colors to achieve the desired hue.
- This stage involves the careful mixing of colors, using exact proportions to ensure consistency in the final product.
- Small batches of the mixed color are tested to ensure they match the desired outcome.

4. Embossed LOGO Making
- Collaborating with the client to finalize the logo design, size, and placement on the cup.
- Converting the logo into a format suitable for the embossing process.
- Crafting a custom mold based on the finalized logo design. This mold is typically made from metal or a hard, durable material.
- Ensuring the mold accurately reproduces the logo with the desired depth and detail.
5. DDP Transport
Agreement between the seller (exporter) and buyer (importer) on DDP terms, clearly stating that the seller bears all risks and costs until the goods are delivered to the buyer’s designated location.
